Inventure
relocated to Cowes IOW where problems unearthed during Round
Britain Challenge are put right. She is completely rewired,
tanks are re-plummed, engines reinstalled and a new wing control
computer is commisioned.
August
- November 2001
Inventure
circumnavigates UK on "sponsored" sea trials. She visits 20
ports and involves 17 crew (4 wheelchair-users).
April
2001
Inventure
motor-sailed London Docklands to Plymouth to install new centerboard
and rudder and prepare for "Round Britain" in Jul/Aug.
Summer/Autumn
2000
Sailing trials are unsuccessful Inventure motor-sailed from
Plymouth to London Docklands for winter whilst solution is
found and more funds raised.
Winter 1999
Main wing bearing needed replacing, Inventure in Plymouth,
funds exhausted.
Summer 1999
Inventure sailed from London to Brighton for a summer of trials,
problems Completing "micromariner" sail control system

Trevor returns from "Shake a Leg" sailing adapted dinghies
in Miami resolved to build an ocean going yacht that can be
sailed single handed by a quadraplegic from the Wheelchair.
