Following on the popularity of Naptown's first album, this second The Jazz State of Indiana-Album II continues to feature the works of early jazz musicians from Indiana, but with a bigger band. From J.R. Robinson's Margie(1921) to Claude Thornhill's Buster's Last Stand(1921), this album recreates examples of that uniquely American art form - Jazz. The popularity of these two historical albums seems to indicate that there's an interest in the beginnings of the music known as jazz, now almost 100 years old.
