The Chicago Six is made up of piano, bass, drums,tenor sax/clarinet, and trumpet who doubles on flute and alto horn. Their style is eclectic with swinging mainstream, light bop, ballads, big band sound and just a touch of the New Orleans funky street beat.The members are veterans of the big band scene as well as Hollywood and television studios.The have worked with groups such as Woody Herman, Harry James, Sammy Davis Jr. Hank Mancini. They have played through out The USA, Canada Mexico, Central America, Europe and the British Isles.
