B. Willie Dryden is well known in the Nashville area and a musician's musician. He's an excellent songwriter and partnered with the Beat Poets, he has achieved legendary status in Nashville's music scene. Working now as a solo artist, "Best in the Black" remains a wondeful offering of a unique period in an artists life. Born in Raleigh, N.C., "B. Willie" as he is widely known, moved to Nashville in the early 1970s. He has worked in Nashville's music scene as a studio musician for several major labels and was member of such bands as "The Harlequins" and the legendary "Beat Poets."
Today, you can often find B.Willie playing his unique music in a variety of clubs, cafes and other venues.
