B. Moon has been writing songs and performing since the late 60s. He has been a member of a number of rock bands, and half of a duo that played the midwestern college circuit in the mid seventies. He pulled back from performing for a number of years to help raise his family and concentrate on his day job as an artist-therapist.

Moon earned a doctoral degree in creative arts with specialization in art therapy and is currently the director of a graduate art therapy program at a small college in Wisconsin. He is also the author of a number of art therapy textbooks.

Now, with the kids out on their own and life settling into a different kind of rhythm it is time to re-emerge on the music scene. The songs on this CD
reflect his range of subjects, from the intensely personal love song to his daughter (You Got That From Me) to the satirical Y2K Liberal Blues, and the
disturbing political commentary in What Would He Do, Moon blends poignant lyricism with a steady belief in the power of melody and stripped down instrumentation.
