Currently on tour, Alden is excited to be playing on the East Coast. Born & raised in North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, Alden moved to San Francisco on a hunch that California was where she belonged. Her new south acoustic sound is an intimate storytelling experience sure to charm and befriend the audience. Alden spent her college years at the University of Georgia in Athens - - a town rich in musical history and a homebase for some of her major influences: the Indigo Girls, R.E.M., and Widespread Panic. In the spring of 2004, Alden began learning guitar to support her songwriting habit. Alden's West Coast debut came in 2005 at the world famous Hard Rock Café.
