Amalgamated Diviniti is a name chosen to represent the divine nature and multiple overlapping combinations the artist Derek G Roberts considers fundamental to his definition as an individual and producer. We as physical entities, bodies, souls, personalities, citizens, players, components and overwhelmingly beings in this present perceivable dimension are amalgamations. I am a mixture of many feelings, emotions, experiences, desires, fears, delusions, dreams and impressions. A component of the larger sum we all strive to define, hence the name and concept of Amalgamated Diviniti.
All songs or expressions of waves in the eternal air were created as a solo project in the comforts of my home and amongst only my direction and influence. For over 10 years I have been teaching, learning, producing, writing, arranging, recording, mixing, remixing, listening, documenting and philosophizing with and by myself in hopes of one day achieving my goal of releasing my own album. Music has always been a love of mine from the days of my youth and hopefully to my final days of elderly dismay. I have always found fulfillment in the serenity of sound and word. Through both my insatiable desire to learn and grow I have already achieved everything I once sought to achieve and more.
The album “Dimensional illuminations of symmetry” is the actualized physical form of many of the vibrations I choose to interpret and attempt to convey through sound collages and beat arrangements. I have always valued and cherished the ethereal beauty of the darkness vibe as well as the intrinsic nature of the illuminations in light time. “ Dimensional illuminations of symmetry” is a culmination of the balance and expression of my many divided impressions and creations. Abstract yet also intact and in touch with rhythm and melody, the album proves the concept of the abounding force of amalgamations in everything seen and experienced in this present dimension. With grace and limitless boundaries the album provides ample space and time to escape and rejuvenate one’s imagination indefinitely.
