AjantaMusic comprises brothers Paul and Robin Simon, who have worked with Ultravox, John Foxx, Magazine, Thomas Dolby, Cowboys International, etc. Their music is a unique style of chill-out, blending electronic, world (Indian, Spanish and oriental influences) with the original electro style that is the brothers' hallmark.

AjantaMusic’s album, And Now We Dream, has been on rotation on John Diliberto’s Philadelphia-based Echoes radio show since 1 May 2006. In the show’s Top 25 tunes for May, the band were placed at Number 11 Echoes is broadcast on over 260 stations in the USA, plus internet. (More info at www.echoes.org)

You can hear the Living Room Concert session, recorded by the band in London in May 2006, on Thursday July 6th, and Sunday July 9th; the interview with Paul and Robin can be heard on Tuesday July 25th and Sunday July 30th.

Ajanta Music are confirmed to perform on the Spanish island of Ibiza at Namaste, a weekly multimedia party held every Wednesday throughout the summer at Las Dalias in San Carlos, in the north of the island. Appearance dates to be confirmed.

The band held the launch party for their first album, And Now We Dream, on Saturday 22nd April 2006 at The Kings Head Ballroom, London W3 . The party featured AjantaMusic live, DJs Paul Simon (AjantaMusic DJs) and Lorna Soul (Holiday FM, Ibiza, AjantaMusic DJs) plus dancer Minnie Russnak and Montana Verde VJ visuals. Further UK dates to be confirmed.

AjantaMusic DJs began a chillout residency promoted by www.chilloutwest.com on Thursday 30th March 2006 at EstEstEst, Chiswick, W4. DJs Paul Simon (AjantaMusic DJs) and guest Lorna Soul (Holiday FM, Ibiza, AjantaMusic DJs) play chillout, world, electro-ethnic, and smooth grooves.
