Adala's CD, Dancing Naked, opens a door to the mystical, magical world that exists inside each of us. She brings her creative energies together to inspire freedom; mentally, sexually and spiritually, expressing the feminine nature that yearns to rise and soar with new vision.

She has written the lyrics and composed the music. Her vocals on this CD are enchanting.

She plays the guitar, the piano/keyboard, and the Djembe drum. Her husband, Gary Mongillo, has joined her by playing the conga drums.
