"Outrageously Funny...a lovably roguish character" Offbeat Magazine Feb 2001

Jazzy Texas Sass Aptly describes Laura Freeman's style. She combines elements of country and jazz and the theatrical spectacle of Vaudeville to create a mini musical with each show she puts on. Effortlessly springing from 20's flapper, to cabaret torch singer, to twangy cowgirl, Laura is a musical multiple personality disorder.

You might have caught her singing around the campfires at Kerrville, in the midnight show at the Oregon Country Fair, at the WISE Hall in Vancouver between burlesque acts, or on the streets of New Orleans.

You can catch her singing now on her CD. All sixteen tracks are 'original' (say it with a french accent it sounds even fancier) and they feature some fine musicianship by Mike West on mandolin and banjo, Ryan Donohue on guitar, dobro, and banjolin, Slim Nelson on harp, Sam Price on upright and Laura herself on downright funny and sometimes downright serious.

Enjoy Y'all!
