THE BLUE ACES. DEMPSEY ALSO PLAYED BASS FOR A NUMBER OF ARTIST THAT READS LIKE A WHO'S WHO OF BLUES & RHYTHM & BLUES; THE DRIFTERS, SAM & DAVE, JIMMY REED, FREDDIE KING,
T-BONE WALKER,ETTA JAMES,EDDIE FLOYD,RUFUS THOMAS,CHUCK BERRY AND BIG JOE TURNER. HIS GUITAR STYLE BRINGS TO MIND
BB. KING AND LITTLE MILTON, HIS HARMONICA STYLE IS LIKE LITTLE WALTER & JIMMY REED.
DEMPSEY IS STILL PLAYING AROUND THE DALLAS/FT.WORTH AREA
AND IS LOOKING FORWARD TO PLAYING MORE NOW THAT HIS CD HAS BEEN RELEASED.
