Bill Holloman has worked with many of the big names in music such as Nile Rodgers, Paul Simon, Danny Gatton, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers, Steve Winwood, Slash (from Guns and Roses), and many more. He's been a fixture in the East coast scene since 1980, and has recorded with and played with just about everyone around there, as well as internationally.
This CD gives him a chance to step out on his own, and features him playing most of the instruments, singing, and writing most of the tunes as well.
Recorded at The Gatlin Brothers Theater in 1996, it documents his music, and also features some excellent playing by Shannon Ford on drums, Steve Smith on guitar, and other special guests.
If you're a fan of saxophone, and horns in general, this one's not to be missed.
