This tribute album combines songs from Anna's father, Gary Montgomery, of the psychedelic rock cult classic, The Colours, spanning his career from 1968 to 1985, as well as songs Anna wrote in his honor since his untimely death. The record highlights both writers' diversity in styles, range of musicianship, and punches the emotional impact of the father-daughter relationship as most cuts are songs they wrote for each other or about each other. It even captures a post-mordum co-write between the two as father's melody is carried out and finished by daughter in the intimate heart to heart communication, "Love is Where You Are".

A labour of love: produced by Evan Franfort of Would Work Entertainment and Anna Montgomery, artwork by Sonya Mateer-Rempel and Nathan Moore.
