If you're a blues fan, you may have just discovered your new favorite artist. This CD is unusual because it features keyboards, saxophone, horn sections and drums, but NO GUITARS. Nevertheless, you may have difficulty thinking of another CD that has the energy of this one.

The Freddy James Rockin' 88 band, led by keyboardist Freddy James, has performed and delighted Northwest music fans for more than 25 years. It's a rare artist who can create his own sound on keyboards, but you'll immediately recognize that you've never heard anyone who sounds quite like Freddy James. Unquestionably, Freddy James' talent on keyboards is extraordinary. Give it a listen and decide for yourself.

Rockin' Boogie piano, horns, and organ. Listen to the first track if you're in a hurry, "It's A Party," and you'll be hooked. For hard driving instrumentals check out "Pussy Cats & Squirrels," "Bust Loose," and "Sadie Jo."

You'll be pleased with the production quality of this release.
