The voice of Billy Tojo Carter just completely takes my breath away. Matched with a light,to growly and exquisite mix of blue's to smooth rhythm & blues his voice is absolutely a highlight reminiscent of ZZ Hill, Johnny Taylor, Chubby Tavares.You will diffently hear the simularity's . He has the same shimmering quality breathy voice those vocal predecessors exudes.
