How do you feel after your friends have betrayed you, your front door's been kicked in, your studio is in pieces, and your future looks like the past? You have the blues.

Band In The Rain's first CD,'Flashflood' is raw and real, an experiment in survival.

We make no bones about it, 'Flashflood' is home made music.

But there are times when that is how blues and rock should be heard.

Mark Perella's intricate composition, melodic songs, mysterious lyrics, and guitar poetry should not be missed.

There's some awesome music here that looks forward to the future 'Solstice Of The Gods' and beyond.

Most amazing though, is that 'Flashflood' exists at all.

I have heard Mark jokingly refer to it as 'Triumph of the Spirit', and 'The Federal Mystery Tour'.

And believe me, you don't know the half of it!
